I’m Sharadhvi Patel – a website designer and SEO specialist who builds search‑optimised sites for startups and growing businesses – from Bengaluru, and directly, without a layer of account managers in between.
I started where most designers start – making things that looked good in a presentation. What changed my work was watching a site I was proud of sit on page four of Google, invisible to the people it was built for.
Since then I’ve built my process backwards from the result, not forwards from the mood board. A site isn’t done when it looks good on screen – it’s done when it loads fast, gets indexed, ranks for something worth ranking for, and turns visitors into enquiries.
A website only works when the whole funnel connects, so I bring content, ads, branding and packaging behind it rather than handing you off. Ten-plus projects across food, hospitality, real estate and industrial coating – every one taken from first conversation to launch by the same person.
Not a philosophy page. These are the rules that decide what I do when a deadline and a detail disagree.
Every site is built to load fast, work on a mid-range phone and be readable by a crawler before anyone argues about colour. Every identity is tested small, single-colour and reversed. If it can’t be found or can’t be made, it isn’t design – it’s a picture of design.
Source files, font documentation, export presets – handed over at the end of every project. No held-hostage artwork. If you want to move to another designer next year, nothing about my files should make that hard.
Fixed scope, fixed price, dated milestones, written down before we start. If something you ask for falls outside it, you hear that on the day – not in an invoice at the end of the month.
Guidelines a non-designer can follow, templates your team can edit, a CMS a founder can actually update, and analytics wired up so you can see what the site is doing. The measure of a good handover is how rarely you need to call me afterwards.
No agency ladder, no design-school mythology. Client work from early on, which meant learning the unglamorous half of the job first – and arriving at web and search the long way round.
Logos, brand systems and retail packaging for small businesses in and around Bengaluru – including food and FMCG artwork, where printers, dielines and regulatory panels taught me to design backwards from the delivery.
Clients kept needing a site to point the packaging at. Rather than hand them off, I learned to design and build on WordPress – so the brand stays consistent from the shelf to the screen.
Building sites made the next gap obvious: a site nobody finds is an expensive brochure. I took my digital marketing certification at Digital Academy 360, then went on to teach it – working as a digital marketing trainer at Inspyr in Bengaluru. Explaining SEO, paid media and analytics to a room every day is what turned them from things I used into things I understood.
Identity, packaging, website and the first wave of campaign creative, delivered as one coherent piece of work. It’s where the results are strongest.
Certified in digital marketing at Digital Academy 360, and a former digital marketing trainer at Inspyr, Bengaluru. Tools matter far less than judgement, but people ask – so here they are.
You talk to me. Every time, at every stage. There is no team to be passed between and no junior quietly doing the work after the pitch.
Expect a reply within one working day, a written proposal before any money moves, and honest pushback when I think an idea will cost you more than it returns.
Tell me what you’re building and when it needs to be live. You’ll get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost – usually within one working day.
