Mobile-first – how nearly every site visit begins.
Physical Vapour Deposition is a hard thing to sell on a website. It’s an industrial process most buyers can’t picture, sold to specifiers who care about durability and finish rather than the chemistry.
ESSVEE had the credentials – trading since 2019, more than 700 vendors served, a lifetime coating guarantee, and a service list spanning coating, custom furniture, fabrication and laser cutting. What was missing was a site that put those facts in front of someone in the ten seconds they’d give it.
The strongest sentence the business owns is “providing lifetime coating guaranteed since 2019.” It sits directly under the company name, before any explanation of the process – because trust is the actual purchase decision here, and the year does more work than a paragraph of technical copy.
Underneath it, the four service lines are set as an expandable list rather than a wall of text. A visitor who only came for laser cutting finds it in one tap; a visitor who needs the PVD explanation gets it opened by default.
The palette is deliberately near-black. PVD’s selling point is finish – gold, brass and black on stainless steel – and those tones only read as luxurious against a dark surface. On white they look like flat swatches.
It’s the same reason jewellery is photographed on dark velvet. The background isn’t decoration; it’s what makes the product look like what it costs.
An architect can now land on the site, confirm ESSVEE does the finish they need, see the guarantee and get in touch – without a phone call to find out what the company actually offers. For a trade supplier, that’s the entire job of a website.
